HIGHCROSS’ MORLEY COURT LAUNCHES AND COMPLETES FOUR LETTINGS

Following its official launch in May this year Highcross’ Morley Court in Woodston, Peterborough has already completed four lettings.

The first new tenants of the trade units, PaintShield joined existing occupiers Coca Cola Enterprises who have their call centre within the development. PaintShield, who provide a paint protection service for cars, have taken 4,000sq ft of space at the scheme. Tom Wakeford, Managing Director of PaintShield, comments: “We are very pleased with our new premises at Morley Court. As a business we need to have excellent transport links to London and the South East as many of our clients are from this area, so we have relocated to Peterborough from Grantham. PaintShield were quickly joined by Absolute Property Services who have taken a trade premises, Willis Gambier who are occupying a showroom and Chiltern Cold Storage who are occupying 50,000 sq ft of warehouse space.
