The high standards at Lakeside North Harbour in Portsmouth are maintained by our committed team of site staff.
The building is managed by Karen Tyrrell, assisted by Nikki and Carlly, who look after reception and meet and greet all the visitors. Jenny is on site daily keeping the building clean and tidy; her high standards are appreciated by all our occupiers.
A team of three site engineers ensure that the building’s systems are kept in peak condition and that its occupiers are kept in a comfortable environment. Ian, Colin and Dan all work for Mitie Engineering but are considered an integral part of the Lakeside team.
Our extensive landscaped grounds keep Ashley and Marten busy throughout the year. This year their tractor was put to good use clearing snow, a first for Ashley in his 14 years working at this site!
The 100 acre site is kept safe by our 24-hour guarding team, Elite Security. The vast grounds surrounding the lake can be challenging for the team, but their vigilance rewards us with a safe environment for all to enjoy.
The Costa Café opened at Lakeside a year ago and has gone from strength to strength. Costa is run by David and Alex who always offer a warm welcome and efficient service. During the summer they will lend you a picnic rug to enjoy your Costa lunch by the lake.
This close knit team all work together with a common aim to make sure that Lakeside occupiers enjoy a first class service in a fantastic environment.
