OCCUPIER PROFILE - ZOLFO COOPER
Our September 2009 relocation had to fulfill a number of additional objectives apart from the obvious need for appropriate accommodation in the right area.
Our CSR and environmental impact objectives are front of mind in all our business activities so the BREEAM rating of Toronto Square was a big factor in our decision. Since our move we have welcomed a party of schoolchildren into our office for a familiarisation visit as part of our very successful and ongoing reading development programme with St Anthony's School, Beston, Leeds, and worked with the building management company to ensure that office waste is minimised and everything possible is recycled - we have removed all under desk bins and now use recycling bins only.
We look forward to building on these and other initiatives throughout 2010.
